Job summary

National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to design, implement, and lead testing efforts for Guidewire-based software. The role focuses on regression, functional, data validation, and integration tests, with automation to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong Agile knowledge, and hands-on work with Selenium, C#, and Postman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with Selenium, C#, Postman, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing (including Guidewire suite of applications: regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests).
• Design testing strategies and integrate testing into the SDLC to execute test plans.
• Automate repeatable tests to reduce testing time and effort.
• Execute and document test cases, collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
