Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent education/experience.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum: 5+ years software programming with 2+ years in Mercury technologies and experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage.
• Translate requirements into robust designs for modular, scalable distributed applications.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure Mercury standards and high quality.
• Lead sprint teams to deliver new or improved features and remove impediments.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering innovation.
