Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Guidewire and digital transformation leader in the United States to drive end-to-end implementation programs across multiple client engagements. You will define architectures, lead delivery across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and digital portals, and mentor delivery teams.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, market activation, and building reusable assets within EY’s Guidewire practice, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering/Tech with 10+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership of large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformations.
• Experience with Guidewire/related tools and integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, CRM, data and finance systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance strategies, data migration, and analytics design across channels.
• Drive EY's Guidewire services market activation, including pipeline development and asset creation.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, and risk management.
