Job summary

EY is recruiting for a senior Leader to drive end-to-end Guidewire programs and digital transformations for insurance clients. You will architect, implement, and optimize multi‑release deployments across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and digital portals.

You will lead delivery teams, shape the architecture, and partner with clients to deliver high-impact technology transformations. Expect 50–75% travel and a hybrid client-facing work model in a global EY practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with extensive work experience in insurance tech consulting.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, React/Angular, and enterprise web services.
• Ability to architect integrated solutions across core Guidewire apps, portals, rating, CRM, and data systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence C‑suite and senior client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements from inception to hypercare.
• Define target architectures integrating Guidewire apps with digital portals, CRM, data and financial systems.
• Oversee data migration, reporting, analytics design, and performance engineering across channels.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services including pipeline development, pricing, and proposals.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for publishing in the Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk, vendor coordination, and production support models.
• Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership.
• Mentor teams, foster inclusive culture, ensure EY risk and security standards compliance.
