Job summary

EY is looking for a senior leader to drive end-to-end Guidewire program delivery across multiple client engagements, from inception through hypercare, across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Digital portals.

You will own target architectures, oversee data migration, and lead market activation, pipeline development, and asset creation for the Guidewire ecosystem. Strong leadership and global delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 10+ years of experience.
Master's degree in related field with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, and related enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements through inception to hypercare.
Define and own target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, and data systems.
Oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics design across channels.
Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services including pipeline development, pricing, and go-to-market assets.
Mentor and develop teams; ensure compliance with EY risk, independence and security standards.
Build reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace.
