Job summary

EY is seeking a senior delivery leader in the US to drive end-to-end Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements, from inception through hypercare. You will define target architectures that integrate Guidewire with digital portals, rating, CRM, data, and financial systems, while overseeing data migration and analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership of large-scale Guidewire/digital transformations, strong architecture skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience; or a master's with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, and related tools.
• Proficiency in architecture, data model, system design, integration, and delivery across full project life cycle.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and lead global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements from inception through hypercare.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, rating, CRM, data, and financial systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services including pipeline development, pricing, proposals, and GTM assets.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk, and production support models.
