Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior Guidewire program leader to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements. You will define target architectures, oversee environment strategy, and ensure successful implementation of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and related platforms.

The role requires deep Guidewire expertise, strong leadership, and ability to manage budgets, teams, and client relationships while advancing EY's transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/Engineering with extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps and digital platforms.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and data migration plans.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services and manage client relationships.
