Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end Guidewire programs for insurers, spanning policy to digital platforms. You will architect target states, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and own delivery from inception through hypercare.

You will influence solution design, establish performance standards, and mentor a diverse delivery organization in a hybrid client environment. This role offers significant client impact and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Tech.
• 8+ years in related fields; 5+ years leading large, multi‑workstream Guidewire/digital programs.
• Experience with Guidewire products and related platforms.
• Proven leadership, client management, and delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target‑state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, rating, CRM, and data systems.
• Establish non‑functional requirements and oversee data migration, reporting, analytics design.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services, including pricing, proposals, and go‑to‑market assets.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for marketplace availability.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, governance, risk, and production support models.
• Contribute to EY's practice strategy and thought leadership in insurance technology.
• Mentor teams and promote an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
