Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end Guidewire programs for global clients. You will architect solutions, manage large delivery teams, and work across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform, aligning with enterprise data and CRM systems.

You will mentor teams, shape practice strategy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful, compliant transformations in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with extensive experience in property & casualty insurance, consulting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Proficiency with Guidewire suites and related technologies (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, JUTRO, React/Angular, web services).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements from inception through hypercare.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, data, and financial systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance engineering, data migration, and analytics designs across channels.
• Build and mentor delivery teams, manage budgets, roadmaps, governance, and risk for complex transformations.
• Drive EY's Guidewire services including pipeline development, offering design, pricing, and go-to-market assets.
