Job summary

EY seeks a senior delivery leader to drive large-scale Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements. You will define architectures, oversee data migration, and ensure robust, scalable solutions within a hybrid EY delivery model.

You will lead diverse teams, build reusable assets, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape EY's Guidewire practice and marketplace offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's in a related field with 8+ years of experience; P&C insurance focus preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire/digital programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, React/Angular, and related software ecosystems.
• Proficiency in architecture design, requirements, integration, data mapping, and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, rating, CRM, data, and finance systems.
• Set non-functional requirements, performance engineering, data conversion, migration, reporting, analytics design.
• Drive EY's Guidewire services market activation: pipeline, design, pursuit support, pricing, proposals, GTM assets.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators; publish to Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, governance, risk, vendor coordination, testing, release readiness.
