Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Guidewire Delivery Leader to drive large, multi‑release transformation programs for insurers, from inception through hypercare, across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and digital portals.

You will define target architectures, oversee data conversion and analytics, and manage budgets and globally distributed teams while building trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in related field with degree
• Leadership of large multi-workstream programs
• Experience with Guidewire and digital transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, CRM, data and financial systems
• Establish non-functional requirements and performance strategies, oversee data conversion and analytics design
• Drive EY’s Guidewire services market activation, including pipeline development, pricing, proposals, and assets
• Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, governance, risk, vendor coordination, UAT, training, and production support
• Provide strategic input into EY’s Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership
• Mentor and develop teams, foster inclusive culture, ensure risk and security compliance
