Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 8+ years in insurance tech or consulting.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
- Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, ReactJS/Angular, web services and data migrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multirelease Guidewire programs across client engagements.
- Define targetstate architectures integrating Guidewire apps with digital portals and ERP/CRM systems.
- Establish nonfunctional requirements, performance strategies, data conversion, and analytics design.
