• Manage daily direction and communication to the Guest Services team and lead improvement projects.
• Schedule vendor services and coordinate with properties to authorize access for vendors.
• Provide day-to-day customer service and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Follow up with properties and guests to ensure services are completed and satisfaction achieved.
