- Graduation from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar.
- Two years of experience in dependency or related law.
- Ability to advocate effectively in court on behalf of the child.
Responsibilities
- Represent, advocate, and negotiate for assigned children in and out of court.
- Develop and implement case strategies with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Review case files, investigate facts, and file pleadings and motions.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations with staff and witnesses.
