Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school and Florida Bar membership.
• Two years of experience in dependency or related law; strong trial skills preferred.
• Ability to represent children in court and communicate effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Represent and negotiate for assigned children inside and outside the courtroom.
• Support case strategy development with Guardian ad Litem team.
• Review case files, conduct independent investigations, file pleadings and motions.
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
