Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent children and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review case files, investigate facts, and develop legal strategies.
• File pleadings and motions, attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Advocate for assigned children inside and outside the courtroom.
• Collaborate with staff, witnesses, and guardians ad litem to support permanency.
