Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to The Florida Bar.
• Two years of experience in dependency or related law; admission pending may be considered.
• Ability to advocate effectively in court and handle sensitive cases with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Represent the child in court and in related proceedings as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review case files, research legal strategies, file pleadings and motions, and attend hearings and mediations.
• Collaborate with guardians ad litem staff, witnesses, and collateral contacts to ensure timely permanency and normalcy for the child.
