Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director to lead GTN forecasting systems and analytics from Morristown, NJ. You will own the enterprise forecasting platform across Market Access, work with IT/Digital on governance, and drive model changes and dashboards.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, build Anaplan models, and train analysts to operate independently while ensuring data quality and timely monthly/rolling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences market access experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms; Anaplan preferred (Level 1/2 certification a plus).
• Experience collaborating with Finance, IT/Digital and external vendors.
• Experience developing training materials for analytical tools or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the enterprise GTN forecasting platform across Market Access workstreams.
• Understand Anaplan data model design and ensure scalable, maintainable architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and updates to platform functionality.
• Document functional and technical requirements to drive model changes.
• Build and modify Anaplan models, modules, calculations, and dashboards.
• Act as a business-side power user, not only a requirements-gatherer.
• Partner with IT/Digital on governance and deployment, driving governance-compliant model changes.
• Serve as escalation point for model questions and data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews and forecasts.
• Develop and deliver training for Market Access Analytics to enable users.
• Identify platform improvements and manage changes through governance.
