You will build pipelines, partner with leaders on hiring strategy, and use AI tools to improve sourcing and market intelligence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS or cloud recruiting, strong Boolean/search capabilities, and a proven ability to influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales or Go-to-Market recruiting experience.
• Recruiting in SaaS or cloud software environment.
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and sourcing.
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn skills.
• Ability to influence hiring strategy with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Go-to-Market roles across North America.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, mapping, and outreach.
• Engage passive talent via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and databases.
• Apply AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting productivity.
• Partner with leaders on talent profiles and market conditions.
