Job summary

Delinea in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Go To Market to drive exceptional hiring experiences for managers and candidates.

You will own end-to-end recruiting across GTM, including Sales Engineers, AE roles, strategic accounts, and sales operations, collaborating with HR leadership to shape a scalable global strategy.

This strategic role requires influencing, change management, and strong partnership with business and HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life cycle sales recruiting experience with GTM in the tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Deep and current knowledge of Workday ATS and Ashby.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communications.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness of one's own leadership capability.
• Ability to build strong and trusted business relationships both in the business and with HR peers and team.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Develop recruiting approaches to business strategy, and influence best practice adoption, as opposed to a reactive mindset.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for GTM including Sales Engineers and AE roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and Global HR Business Partners.
• Lead HR Transformation and optimize Workday-enabled processes.
• Leverage search techniques and sourcing tools to identify candidates.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for global sales organization.
• Ensure compliance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
