Ladders is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own the technical architecture that supports go-to-market execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with emphasis on Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improving data reliability, efficiency, and operational clarity in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Systems or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce administration, automation & data governance.
• Advanced HubSpot administration, campaign & lead management.
• Experience as primary technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Proficiency in designing integrations across platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Experience with AI applications in GTM workflows.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the systems architecture that supports go-to-market execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data reliability, and operational clarity. With a strong focus on Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows, you will help simplify complexity and strengthen the company’s GTM infrastructure.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
