Qualifikationen

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS deals.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on GTM/Sales with enterprises and startups.
• Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and provide practical guidance.
• Build and maintain commercial legal infrastructure, including templates and playbooks.
• Lead and manage a legal team supporting enterprise technology and startups segments.
• Identify and elevate legal risks while supporting business momentum.
• Stay current on AI legal developments affecting technology and policy.
