Anthropic is seeking a Commercial Counsel, GTM to join our legal team to shape how our AI technology reaches users and enterprises worldwide. You will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise agreements and support GTM teams, while gaining exposure to research collaborations and product partnerships.

This role offers opportunities to work on AI governance initiatives, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to responsible AI development and business momentum.

Formación

• Requires JD/LLB or equivalent and in-house licensing to practice law

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a focus on GTM/Sales and enterprise contracts
• Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance
• Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and processes
• Potentially collaborate with Policy, Safeguards, and Research teams on AI governance initiatives
• Identify and escrow legal risks while supporting business momentum
• Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies
