Job summary

Archer Aviation, headquartered in Silicon Valley, seeks a seasoned GSOC Lead Intelligence Operator. You will run core GSOC monitoring, dispatch operations, and protective intelligence while shaping SOPs, tooling, and reporting standards.

This is a senior individual contributor role central to building the GSOC capability and mentoring other operators. You will configure alarms, video systems, access control, and OSINT sources, producing concise intelligence briefs and incident logs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in a GSOC, security operations center, dispatch, or monitoring environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound independent decisions and act with mature judgment.
• Hands-on experience configuring security systems such as alerts, camera/video (VMS), and access control.
• Ability to author SOPs, protocols, and workflows and mentor others.
• Open-source research skills and strong analytical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems across Archer's sites.
• Coordinate incident response and provide real-time guidance without needing managerial approval.
• Document incidents with logs and shift communications; produce logs, spot reports, and intelligence briefs.
• Configure GSOC tech stack and maintain SOPs and workflows.
• Monitor travel risk and OSINT sources to protect personnel and assets.
