Job summary

Archer is building an end-to-end GSOC and intelligence capability to protect people, assets, and reputation in the aerospace sector. This role blends operator and analyst functions, exercising sound judgment and writing SOPs as the program matures.

You will monitor security systems, conduct OSINT, support executive protection with intelligence, and track travel risk for traveling employees and executives. A base pay range is provided with potential optimization as the program scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a GSOC, security ops center, dispatch, or related security role.
• Ability to monitor multiple systems simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong independent judgment in ambiguous situations with evolving protocols.
• Proven ability to write protocols, SOPs, and build workflows, not just follow them.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and set high standards for a proof-of-concept program.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems across sites.
• Dispatch and coordinate response to incidents following SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Document incidents with logs, notifications, and shift communications.
• Provide real-time support and situational awareness to field teams and protections details.
• Produce incident logs, spot reports, shift summaries, and intelligence briefs.
