Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Growth/Website, fully remote across Europe, UK, Israel, Brazil. You will own conversion on the website and landing pages, design high-impact experiments, and collaborate with growth, marketing and sales to translate business needs into high-converting pages.

You will bring 8+ years of product design experience, strong UI craft, and a growth mindset. Proficiency with Amplitude/GA and a design system will help you lead with impact and clarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with end-to-end web design experience.
• Hands-on CRO, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Comfortable discussing hypotheses, test design, statistical significance and iteration.
• Excellent craft and UI skills.
• Portfolio shows polished web/landing page work that converts.
• Growth mindset: every launch is a chance to learn.
• Storytelling and visual hierarchy guide visitors toward action.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation tools like Amplitude or GA.
• Experience taking a web experiment from idea to design QA and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience building/maintaining a design system for a marketing site.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion on the website and landing pages from start to finish.
• Spot opportunities without a brief and act quickly.
• Write a clear problem statement and success metric, then design, prototype and launch A/B tests.
• Maintain brand and design system consistency across pages.
• Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing and Sales to translate business needs into pages.
• Use storytelling in words and visuals to introduce products and offers.
• Plan and ship experiments with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts and lifecycle marketers.
• Design landing pages for product launches with product marketing.
• Set high standards for craft and careful experimentation and mentor other designers.
