Job summary

Freebird is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to own the CRO design function end-to-end—experimentation roadmap, high-leverage PDPs and checkout surfaces, and a scalable design system. You will be hands-on in Figma, shipping A/B test variants and governing the system with data-driven insights.

This remote-first role requires overlap with US hours and focuses on measurable impact to CVR, CTR, AOV, and LTV, while mentoring juniors and elevating design standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in DTC or ecommerce.
• Portfolio showing measurable business impact (CVR, CTR, AOV).
• Experience owning an experimentation workflow from hypothesis to results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRO design roadmap with hypothesis generation and variant design.
• Build and govern the Freebird design system and component library.
• Ship production-ready UI at senior velocity across web and app touchpoints.
• Collaborate with CRO Manager and data teams to tie design decisions to revenue metrics.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design standards.
