Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate, sell, and deliver client programs to identify and scale growth opportunities.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities aligned to market shifts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams using customer insights, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Apply analytical frameworks to prioritize initiatives and translate inputs into roadmaps.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
