Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, digital product, analytics or related fields.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize data into recommendations.
• Strong business acumen linking customer needs to enterprise priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define how engagement is delivered across channels for acquisition, conversion, service, cross-sell and retention.
• Specify audience, decision, treatment, channels, timing and measurement for next-best-action cases.
• Partner with data science to translate business needs into model requirements and strategies.
• Coordinate with digital, marketing, agent, product, and privacy teams to design omnichannel approaches.
• Develop roadmaps connecting engagement capabilities to growth and value.
• Use experiments and incremental measurement to refine decision policies.
• Document decision logic, assumptions, governance, and scale needs for priority use cases.
