The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, and ongoing optimization to deliver brand-aligned marketing for agent objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in digital marketing, strong social media experience (paid and organic), and a solid track record of campaign management and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on campaign management and optimization experience.
• Experience across social channels including paid and organic social.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Experience developing and executing organic social strategies.
• Knowledge of boosted content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage agent-level digital media strategies aligned to goals, budgets and KPIs.
• Build channel mix recommendations across programmatic display, social, CTV, streaming audio/video, local placements.
• Translate performance goals into tactical plans and measurement frameworks.
• Execute, monitor and optimize campaigns across platforms for ROI and efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights from data to improve campaigns and creative.
