State Farm seeks a Marketing Science Analyst to drive insights, optimization, experimental design, testing, and reporting within our digital media funnel. You will partner with business teams to define tactic goals and translate data into actionable recommendations.

This role requires 3+ years in analytics, proficiency with SQL/Python/R, and comfort presenting to diverse audiences. Travel and irregular hours may be required; remote/hybrid options are available in our flexible, benefits‑driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing analytics.
• Experience optimizing marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Ability to analyze large complex datasets for business insights.
• Experience evaluating marketing performance.
• Knowledge of marketing models and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of how channels work together through the marketing funnel.
• Experience with CTV Analytics.
