The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Strategist to lead strategy and client communications for our largest Paid Media accounts. You’re a storyteller who speaks fluent data, a strategist who understands how search and social work together to drive real results, and a teacher who raises the bar for those around you.

You know the paid media landscape inside and out — not just how to run campaigns, but how to scale brands, craft sharp strategies, and teach others to do it too.

You Will:

1. Own paid media and creative strategy for top e-commerce clients.
2. Mentor and train team members to sharpen their craft.
3. Deliver clear, strategic insights that go beyond the numbers.
4. Lead audits, shape strategies for new clients, and support pitches.
5. Report to the Director of Paid Media and collaborate with other seasoned growth strategists to elevate our team's performance.

You Bring:

1. 5+ years in Paid Media at an agency, managing $500K+/month in spend (Google & Meta).
2. Deep experience across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap).
3. A coaching mindset — you build others up while continually learning yourself.
4. Mastery of performance creative (visual and video) and attribution models (MTA tools).
5. Strong communication and presentation skills — you make complex ideas simple.
6. A passion for growing e-commerce brands and an eye for actionable insights.
7. Bonus: CRO, Email, or SMS marketing experience or curiosity.
