AI Acquisition is seeking a senior, client-facing operator who sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, sales, and execution. You’ll work directly with founders and business owners to understand their business, identify growth blockers, and translate that into a clear plan of action.

This role demands judgment, not just responsiveness, and seeks someone who can drive real commercial impact across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, growth, client strategy, account management, sales, operations, or a senior client-facing role.
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or business owners.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to think across acquisition, sales, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level client conversations with founders and senior operators.
• Own the bigger picture: maintain the full commercial view across clients.
• Identify risk early and address issues before they escalate.
• Turn strategy into action with clear priorities, ownership, and review loops.
• Advise across growth channels (outbound, paid, ICP, positioning, CRM, pipeline).
• Help clients build revenue by diagnosing where the journey to revenue breaks down.
