Adyen seeks a Senior Designer, Digital to translate strategy and business goals into high-impact digital work. Based in San Francisco or New York City, you’ll shape landing pages, campaigns, paid media, and lifecycle touchpoints that balance brand with performance.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Content, Brand, and Product, owning projects from brief to delivery and advocating for design decisions with stakeholders across teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional design experience in-house or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-craft digital work and business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Framer.
• Experience creating responsive, interactive web experiences with prototypes.
• Working knowledge of AI tools to support ideation and production efficiency.
• Experience managing and directing agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
• Able to own projects from brief through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Create high-quality design across websites, campaigns, and brand systems aligned with Adyen’s goals.
• Lead website design from exploration to high-fidelity execution (wireframes, pages, prototypes).
• Build scalable Figma systems using components, Auto Layout, variables, and shared styles.
• Apply craft in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Translate strategy and audience insights into effective creative solutions.
• Present design rationale and align stakeholders on decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievable, scalable experiences.
• Direct freelancers and agencies with clear briefs and feedback.
• Identify risks and keep projects moving forward.
