• Own SEO as the primary long-term growth channel.
• Audit and build a strategy: technical SEO, site architecture, content.
• Grow industry pages and merchant guides for high-intent terms.
• Increase domain authority with high-quality backlinks.
• Lead paid acquisition: Google Ads and emerging channels.
• Set up conversion tracking and optimize spend.
• Lead PR, communications and brand initiatives.
• Translate data into decisions and report results.
