Job summary

One Park Financial in Miami (Coconut Grove) seeks a Digital Media Buying Manager to own and scale our Google program and core channels, including Search, YouTube, Display, and social. You will manage campaigns end-to-end and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Data Engineering to improve lead quality and efficiency.

Requires 5+ years in hands-on digital media buying, strong Google Ads expertise, GA4, and familiarity with Looker/Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital media buying across search, social, display, video, and native channels.
• Experience in the financial industry or regulated lead-gen preferred.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads—Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube.
• Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with Looker, Power BI or Tableau and attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google properties and secondary channels.
• Own end-to-end Google account management including bidding and keyword strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams.
• Maintain campaign documentation and change logs for ownership and repeatability.
• Manage agency and partner relationships and ensure best practices.
