Job summary

Hex is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the Growth & Monetization group. You will own the roadmap across funnel stages—from trial to activation to checkout to upsell—working with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to drive measurable impact.

The role is hybrid (1-2 days in office) in NYC or SF. 5+ years in product, growth, PLG/PLS experience, strong communication, and comfort operating in ambiguity are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management and/or growth experience.
• Experience at a PLG or PLS company; understand how product, sales, and growth loops interact.
• Excellent communicator who can distill funnel complexity for leadership and unpack design details with eng/design teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the trial-to-paid funnel and optimize conversion from trial to purchase.
• Maximize seat expansion and surface the right accounts at the right time.
• Run a cross-functional growth pod with engineers, designers, marketers, and data teams.
