Job summary

American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Care in Denver seeks a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth across three locations. This hands-on role identifies employer accounts, builds strategic partnerships, and expands patient volume while delivering measurable revenue.

You will lead occupational medicine and corporate development, oversee marketing initiatives, manage the CRM, track pipelines, and present monthly results.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face sales appointments and calling (direct-to-consumer, business, physicians).
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Independent, motivated, and results-driven in establishing new business and growing accounts.
• Finalists will present a proposed 90-day growth strategy for AFC Urgent Care's three Denver-area locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new employer accounts for occupational medicine services across three Denver locations.
• Develop relationships with HR directors, safety managers, business owners, and corporate decision-makers; promote services.
• Maintain a CRM, track calls, meetings, proposals, and revenue; provide weekly performance reports.
• Develop and execute growth strategy, manage budgets, and coordinate with clinic managers and ownership.
