American Family Care is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth across three Denver-area urgent care locations. You will identify opportunities, secure new employer accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and generate patient volume with a hands-on, revenue-driven approach.

Responsibilities include negotiating employer service agreements, building relationships with HR and decision-makers, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience developing, implementing and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face sales appointments and cold/warm calling.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Able to present a proposed 90-day growth strategy for the Denver-area locations.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new employer accounts for occupational medicine services.
• Develop relationships with HR directors, safety managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Promote employer healthcare services and related offerings.
• Negotiate and secure employer service agreements within guidelines.
• Build relationships with local businesses and school districts.
• Grow revenue from existing accounts and reactivate dormant ones.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase urgent care visits across all locations.
• Coordinate local advertising, digital marketing, and community outreach.
• Monitor marketing performance and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain CRM with all business development activities and provide weekly reports.
