Job summary

Threecolts LLC seeks a senior, hands-on Growth/PLG leader to own the self-serve funnel, website production, and lifecycle journeys. You will ship pages and tests directly using templates and AI tooling, driving conversion and revenue across multiple products.

The role is fully remote/hybrid in a fast-paced SaaS environment, requires 7+ years in growth/marketing, and offers regular rate reviews and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth, PLG, Performance Marketing, Web, or related SaaS/digital roles.
• Hands-on ability to build/launch landing pages without designer or developer.
• Experience with modern CMS, component-based page systems, no-code/low-code tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong CRO with analytics, experimentation, and behavioural insights.
• Product-led growth experience incl. trial-to-paid conversion, activation, onboarding, and lifecycle optimization.
• Fluency in analytics to diagnose funnel performance and prioritise opportunities by commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own growth infrastructure turning traffic into paying customers across self-serve products.
• Ship pages, journeys, tests, and improvements directly using templates and AI tooling.
• Own website/page production, architecture, and component library expansion for rapid launches.
• Lead funnel optimization from first session through trial, activation, and paid.
• Design and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrades across products.
