Job summary

Threecolts is a fast-scaling AI-enabled software company offering a growth-focused role to own the self-serve funnel, landing pages, and lifecycle optimization. You will ship pages and tests, build with templates and AI tooling, and drive conversion across the lifecycle for a diverse product portfolio.

You’ll work across Brand, Product, RevOps, Engineering and Finance in a remote/hybrid setup, with potential small team leadership. Expect senior, hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, PLG, Performance Marketing, Web or related SaaS/digital roles.
• Hands-on ability to build and launch landing pages without relying on a designer or developer.
• Experience with modern CMS, component-based page systems, no-code/low-code tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong CRO experience with analytics, experimentation, and behavioural insights to improve self-serve funnels.
• Hands-on product-led growth experience including trial-to-paid conversion, activation, onboarding, and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth infrastructure that turns traffic into paying customers across self-serve products.
• Lead and ship pages, journeys, tests, and improvements directly using templates and AI tooling.
• Own website and page production layer, architecture, and component library extensions.
• Own conversion across the self-serve funnel from first session to paid, using data to identify leaks and opportunities.
• Design and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrade journeys across products and customer types.
• Own technical foundations supporting growth: SEO, tracking, campaign infrastructure, and product-led instrumentation.
• Possibly manage a small number of direct reports or external specialists.
