Job summary

Remitly is hiring a senior marketer in Seattle for a hybrid role who will own paid acquisition outcomes across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You will shape budgets, CAC targets, and agency relationships while driving end-to-end campaign execution and measurement integration.

You will lead a data-driven, high-velocity optimization program with rigorous testing, attribution governance, and close collaboration with engineers, PMs, and analytics teams. Hybrid on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• 3+ years hands-on managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
• Ownership of CAC targets with data-backed impact.
• Agency metrics ownership with outcomes-focused leadership.
• Deep fluency in paid social and paid search bidding.
• Experience with measurement infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Direct adtech experience evaluating and onboarding vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid new customer acquisition (NCA) outcomes for Remitly Business.
• Own budget and CAC decisions with full authority.
• Manage agency relationship end-to-end and demand outputs, not just effort.
• Run campaigns hands-on across Meta and Google Ads with agency support.
• Expand into incremental channels based on CAC signals.
• Drive experimentation with structured A/B testing and insights.
• Own the adtech roadmap, tracking, and attribution integrity.
• Lead incrementality testing and cross-functional analytics collaboration.
