Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods for Fount and other products, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Analytics. The role focuses on driving qualified customers, revenue, and lasting relationships across paid, organic, and AI-enabled channels.

You will build a current market view, optimize the channel mix, and lead content and lifecycle programs to educate and convert independent professionals and firms.

Qualifications

• Senior growth marketer with track record in B2B professional services.
• Experience building B2P growth or demand generation programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own growth methods and performance across initiatives.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search and social, organic and AI-answer visibility, partnerships, webinars and events, referrals, executive/ SME thought leadership, outbound support, and product-led acquisition.
• Create and distribute content that educates and acquires, including credible articles, guides, case studies, webinars, and lifecycle content.
• Connect data source and campaign data to qualified opportunities, confirmed first payment, repeat purchase or replenishment, and collaborate with Sales and CS to drive retention and expansion.
