Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth strategy and execution for Fount and professional products. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, and Finance to drive qualified customers and revenue.

Responsibilities include building a growth playbook, optimizing paid, organic, and AI-assisted channels, and shaping product go-to-market plans. You will ship high-impact initiatives in a lean environment.

• Own growth methods and performance across initiatives, with Fount Legal as the first priority.
• Build our growth playbook and shape how Pearl brings future products to market.
• Set strategy and personally ship the work that matters most.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search, social, organic, and AI visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and creative teams.
• Turn customer evidence into category narratives, launch plans, and talking tracks for sellers.
• Execute priority work in a lean environment and use AI and automation.
• Build the B2P acquisition lifecycle in HubSpot and ensure data quality.
