Native is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across social media, blogs, and marketing platforms. You will drive overall social media and marketing strategy, building a strong presence for multiple products and lines.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business users to translate complex DeFi concepts into engaging narratives while guiding content creation and community engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in content marketing, writing and campaign management.
• Proven track record on Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit or similar platforms.
• Strong writing skills for short-form and long-form content.
• Deep understanding of DeFi, crypto, blockchain, and Web3 concepts.
• Ability to translate technical topics into engaging marketing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive hype, awareness and adoption of new product lines.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure alignment with business goals across channels.
• Lead reporting on growth and health of social media communities using insights to refine strategies.
• Develop and oversee engaging articles, presentations, narratives, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business users to address real-world DeFi challenges.
