Spark Finance is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to translate product strategy into compelling narratives and drive growth across crypto and traditional audiences. You will own content, PR, partnerships, and events, aligning campaigns with core business goals.

Your 5–8+ years in crypto, Web3, or fintech marketing, strong writing, and data-driven execution will shape how we reach whales, investors, and ecosystem partners across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, Web3, DeFi, or fintech.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex products.
• Experience with KOLs, PR agencies, media outlets, and partners.
• Data-driven with ability to measure campaigns and optimize.
• Ability to work across content, PR, partnerships, and events independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop content strategies and create high-quality marketing materials.
• Own distribution and audience growth across trusted channels.
• Build relationships with crypto media, journalists, KOLs, influencers.
• Identify and execute ecosystem co-marketing partnerships.
• Plan and manage events and community activations.
