Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to design and run account-based, full-funnel programs that identify high-propensity accounts and accelerate pipeline across North America and EMEA. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with Sales, BDR, CS, and Revenue Ops, and optimize programs using data and AI-enabled tools.

You will leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and UserGems to enable sellers, create scalable playbooks, and continuously improve performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience building ABM and full-funnel programs to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across sales and marketing teams.
