As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will own growth methods, drive qualified customers and revenue, and shape how Pearl brings future products to market. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics and Finance, and leverage AI and automation to optimize campaigns, attribution, and lifecycle programs

Qualifications

• Senior-level growth experience in a professional services or B2B tech environment.
• Ability to own growth strategy, run experiments, and scale revenue.
• Strong analytical judgment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own growth methods and performance across initiatives, with Fount Legal as priority.
• Plan and operate channel mix across paid search, social, content, and product-led activation.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, and Finance to drive qualified customers and revenue.
