Job summary

Pearl is expanding its growth function to reach more independent lawyers and small law firms with Fount, Pearl’s professional services product. You will own growth initiatives across demand generation, content, and lifecycle marketing, working with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Customer Success to drive qualified opportunities and revenue.

You will lead experiments, build scalable playbooks, and implement data-driven optimization using HubSpot and a range of paid/organic channels.

Qualifications

Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs driving qualified pipeline and revenue.
Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

Own growth strategy and customer intelligence, including ICPs, messaging, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
Plan and operate multi-channel demand generation across paid, organic, partnerships, webinars, events, referrals, and product-led growth.
Create and distribute credible content to educate independent professionals and convert them to customers.
Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO with rapid iteration and evidence-based decisions.
Build and govern the HubSpot acquisition lifecycle: data, forms, routing, scoring, nurture, attribution, dashboards.
