Job summary

Geeks on Site, a U.S.-based technology services brand, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives and ROI accountability across the Home Services sector. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in paid and organic channels, local SEO, and CRM-driven campaigns.

You will manage budgets, coordinate agencies, and partner with Sales and Operations to align demand with operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance management.
• 2+ years coordinating or managing marketing team members, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct marketing experience working with U.S.-based Home Services companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with Geeks on Site's business objectives and revenue goals.
• Coordinate marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors, establishing priorities, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and resources, recommending adjustments based on performance.
• Collaborate with company leadership to identify growth opportunities, launch campaigns, and improve marketing processes.
• Ensure marketing initiatives support the company's overall growth strategy and customer acquisition objectives.
